「教育無邊界」與學校合作並維持長期的伙伴關係，協助學校將啟導關係融入學生個人發展中的一部分。
我們在啟導技巧方面提供協助，包括邀請伙伴學校老師參與我們的培訓及發展工作坊，並採用「2+3」模式，確保在「啟導友師」的兩年直接駐校介入後，學校能於其後至少三年延續計劃。
「2+3」模式代表著學校將會承諾投放資源與「教育無邊界」合作，在「啟導友師」全職駐校兩年後，在其後最少三年亦會讓我們監督計劃在學校的實行情況，以確保其成效。
「學生啟導及教育支援計劃」
伙伴學校提供教育無邊界基金一個平台去接觸有需要的學生，而這便是機構成功的主因。我們的伙伴學校於校內提供支援給我們的啟導友師，是我們成功達到目標的關鍵。
我們不會就計劃向伙伴學校收費，惟學校可能要為相關教學支援活動承擔行政費用。
啟導友師由教育無邊界培訓及支援，駐校推行為貴校及學生需要而定制的「學生啟導及教育支援計劃」。同時，我們亦與學校領導協作，為啟導友師們提供指導，以支援計劃的順利推行。

TUF collaborates and sustains long term partnership with schools to strengthen a community of learning that integrates mentorship into the personal development of students.
We assist mentoring skill development by inviting teachers of Partner Schools to join our training and development workshops, as well as adopt a “2+3” model to ensure our Partner Schools would sustain our program for at least three years after the two years of direct TUF Mentor intervention.
The “2+3” model signifies the commitment up front that the schools will devote resources to work alongside TUF during our two-year intervention, and then for at least the following three years after, allow us to monitor their work on sustaining TUF’s approach in the school’s work with students.
"Mentoring and Education Support Program"
Partnership with schools, which offers Teach Unlimited Foundation the platform to reach out to its audiences, is vital to the success of the organization. The institutional support that our school partners provide to the program mentors has proven to be critical to the successful delivery of our objectives.
Partner Schools receive the service of two Program Mentors at no cost, for the duration of two academic years, with the exception of possible administrative expenses associated with the learning activities organized by Program Mentors.
Program Mentors are trained and supported by TUF during the course of the program and will deliver our customized mentoring program and teaching support to your students. In return, we collaborate with school leadership to provide guidance to our Program Mentors and support the successful delivery of the TUF program.
