Our journey in arts integration began with the three-year ARTeacher Fellowship through the University of Arkansas Center for Children and Youth, Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art, and the Walton Arts Center. We've had the opportunity to present our work with empathy, arts integration, standards-based learning, and technology for our district, region, and state, as well as the annual convention of the National Council of Teachers of English. In 2020, we received the Media Literacy Award from the National Council of Teachers of English.
