CAREER FAIR 2025

The Career Fair 2025, organized by Firki and TFIx, is a platform designed to connect educators from diverse backgrounds, experiences, and skill sets with opportunities in the education sector. Graduates of the TFIx and Firki programs are highly skilled education leaders who would be valuable assets to any educational initiative in the country.

About Firki

Firki is Teach For India’s online teacher education platform, serving over 2.16 lakh educators through courses, webinars, and synchronous learning programs. It provides professional development for preservice and in-service educators, teacher coaches, and school leaders. Through its flagship programs, Firki has trained over 1,000 leaders, and its portal offers more than 12,000 resources to support educators.

About TFIx

We are Teach For India's growth model with a belief that One day all children will attain an excellent education. We incubate Educational Entrepreneurs to launch and sustain a high-impact teaching Fellowship in their region. In the last 8 years, we have worked with 52 entrepreneurs, out of which 42 are running Fellowships. Through these Fellowships, we have collectively mobilised 9000+ leaders, impacting the lives of 6.9 lakh+ children.
