Employees that need to have their keycards updated for Summer School must send their information via e-mail to: keycard@kusd.edu. It is the keycard holder’s responsibility to e-mail their information to this designated e-mail address to ensure that their keycard is updated in time for summer school.
E-mails need to include the 5-digit keycard # that is listed on the bottom of the keycard -- we do not need the employee ID # to update current keycards. The 5-digit keycard # is very light in print on the card edge.
Unless changing buildings for the summer, 12-Month Employees (Administrators, ESC staff, Custodians, etc.) do not need to take any action regarding their keycards for the summer as their keycards remain activated year-round.
Those in need of a new/replacement keycard need to fill out and submit a Keycard Request Form. This form is listed on Advisor and the KUSD website (under Staff Information - Keycard Request Form).
