Reading Programs

Somers Students are able to participate in the Kenosha Kingfish Reading Program. Students who complete their reading bingo card can earn 2 free Kingfish tickets. This program runs in the early spring.

Tundra Tales is the Greenbay Packers reading program. This program runs from January- March each year. Students will have reading logs sent home with them. If they complete the required reading minutes they earn a ticket to the Packer Hall of Fame.

The Pizza Hut Book It Program runs October- March each school year. Classroom teachers run this program for their classes. Students who reach their reading goal each month earn a free personal pan pizza. If your child's teacher is not doing Book It- reach out to Mrs. Olson and she can set a goal with your child and they can do the program through out the year.
