Writing Workshop

We LOVE write around the room activities! This is an easy way to get your kids writing, and give you a minute to yourself while they embark on a writing scavenger hunt! If you have a printer and want to print these pages out, super! Just print, cut out the images and stick them on eye level surfaces around your house.

If you do not have a paper, or simply don't want to leave the comfort of your quarantined bubble to get paper, you can easily put these words and an attempted freehand drawing on a sticky note, the back of an old envelope, or whatever you can find to write on.

Put the words and images around your house, and have your students take their writing sheet and a writing tool and get to work writing around the house! When they come back with all the blanks filled in, reward them with a sticker, some iPad time, or a treat to eat!

Don't be afraid to leave one up for a week or two. They will keep coming back for more!
