My name is Mrs. Williams and I am your child's Reading Resource Teacher here at Washington Middle School. This is my 16^th year in the field of education and I am excited to share my knowledge and love of reading with all of my students. I earned my Bachelors in Elementary/Special Education and my Masters in Reading with Emphasis in Secondary Education at Grand Canyon University. I am currently working on my second Masters in Educational Leadership at the same university.

I grew up in Waukegan, Illinois and lived in Michigan for twenty years where I meet and married my husband of 25 years. We have three amazing daughters, two sons and six grandchildren. In my spare time I love spending time with my family, reading, painting, singing and serving in ministry.

This summer I spent a lot of time relaxing and having fun with my family. I visited the Field Museum, Brookfield Zoo. I went go cart racing with my grandchildren and did a lot of painting. I hope you all enjoyed your summer!

Students have been accessed on their reading, spelling, writing and capitalization skills.

ALL students should complete and turn in any missing work. Assignments can be found in google classroom.
