We are thrilled to be using the learning platform Seesaw in our classroom. Seesaw is a digital platform where teachers can create learning tasks and assignments for students. The assignments can incorporate videos, photos, text, images, files, or drawings.
The Seesaw Family App will also be utilized. Please download this app to your phone. The app is how I will send out my weekly newsletter and other class updates such as photos and announcements. There is also a great messaging system you will be able to use to communicate quickly and easily with me.

Before School starts please complete these two important surveys.
Parent Information Survey- this will help me get to know your child
Transportation Survey- this will help be get your child to the proper place after school

The generic KUSD school supply list can be found here. We have a few requests beyond this list if possible. Click here for updated PPE list
Headphones: Please do not send ear buds. We need regular over-the-ear headphones.
Highlighters: Please send 1 pink, 1 yellow
Dry Erase Markers: If possible, black only.
Water Bottles: It is a good idea to send a reusable water bottle to school every day. (Reusable flip tops or similar are best)
Labeling: Please clearly put your child’s name on all items, such as their backpack, coat, hat, lunch box, supplies, etc.
Folders: Your child will receive a PPE school folder on the first day of school. Please empty it out at night and make sure it comes back to school every day in your child’s backpack.
