I will have two important surveys for you to complete before the start of school.
Parent Information Survey: This allows me to learn about your child so I can best meet their individual needs.
Transportation Survey: This survey is your opportunity to tell me how your child will get home each day after school.

The generic KUSD school supply list can be found here. We have a few requests beyond this list, if possible. CLICK HERE FOR UPDATED SUPPLY LIST.
Headphones: Please do not send ear buds. We need regular over-the-ear headphones.
Dry Erase Markers: Black only.
Highlighters: Please send 2 highlighters, if possible. (1 pink, 1 yellow)
Water Bottles: It is a good idea to send a reusable water bottle to school every day. (Reusable flip tops or similar are best, not disposable bottles that have screw on caps. Too many spills.) We have multiple bottle filling stations around the school.
Labeling: Please clearly put your child’s name on all items, such as their backpack, coat, hat, lunch box, supplies, etc. We are in close contact and things often get mixed up.
Folders: Your child will receive a PPE school folder on the first day of school. Please empty it out at night and make sure it comes back to school every day in your child’s backpack.
