Memory Verse:
“But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control” (Galatians 5:22-23)
Watch and sing along:
We are learning about PEACE.
Write the letters PEACE on a piece of paper. Create an acronym for it.
Write the letters PEACE again and make artwork out of it - try gluing buttons, glitter, seeds, or macaroni on the letters.
Look in the Bible for other verses that talk about Peace. What do they say?
How can you find peace?
Sometimes things happen that make us frightened or worried, but God promises to give us peace. We can always count on him.
Tell someone about what you learned about peace. Remember that we can find peace in God.
Adj/Adverbs
Have a contest with your family. Take the sentence “I see a bird” and improve the sentence by adding adjectives and adverbs. See who can come up with the longest, yet most meaningful sentence.
