Lesson Objective: Students will maintain balance while bearing weight on a variety of body parts.

Lesson Structure Components:

Activate and Model: Connects with students by using a quick introduction.

States the lesson objective on a slide, and stating why balance is important, and information about sun safety.

Practice

Provides guided practice by modeling a balance challenge for students to perform.

Students may pause the video as needed to perform balance movement.

Closure

Closes lessons by reminding students about work due Friday, and a review of balance and sun safety.
