Mrs. Subjeck

Hi! My name is Melissa Subjeck, and I am the College and Career Readiness (CCR) Teacher at Meadowbrook Middle School. This is my 5th year at Meadowbrook, and my 2nd year teaching CCR. Prior to that, I was our College and Career Readiness Coach. Before coming to Meadowbrook, I served in both Undergraduate and Graduate Admissions at Texas Wesleyan University. I also served as a Program Coordinator for the JBS Leadership Institute at the University of Texas of the Permian Basin. Preparing students for their future is my passion!

I am a proud wife to my husband, Kolbe, a mom to one an amazing little girl named Cece, and the dog mom of a crazy Wheaten Terrier named Cookie. I graduated from Texas Woman's University with my Bachelor's in General Studies (Concentrations in Art, English, and Business with a minor in Family Studies). I also have a Master's in Education - Student Development and Leadership in Higher Education from Angelo State University. In my spare time I like to hang out with friends and family, shop, and enjoy a good cup of coffee.
