Homebound Services The Homebound Program provides an educational support option for students who are expected to be confined for a minimum of four weeks or 20 days throughout the school year for chronically ill students as documented by the student’s licensed physician.
Hospital Services The Hospital Program provides an educational support option for students who have been admitted to the hospital by a licensed physician and are unable to receive instruction on a general education campus due to a medical condition confining them to the hospital. Eligibility is also determined by the physician.
