FAFSA

  1. FSA ID for both Parent and Student *

  2. Social Security Number for both Parent and Student

      • USCIS Number if Permanent Resident

  3. Parent and Student tax return and w-2

  4. Records of other non-taxable income (if applicable)

*If Student has social but parent does not, student will submit signature page for parent instead of e-signing*

TASFA

  1. Parent and Student ITIN (if applicable)

  2. Parent and Student tax return and w-2 (if applicable)

  3. Signature pages completed by Parent and Student

  4. Notarized affidavit *
