This year I have decided to name our class the Friendly Fours! Now more than ever I think it is important to accomplish two big daily goals in the classroom- showing care for each other by being a FRIEND to others and to be PROUD of who we are- 4 year old scholars! These two goals will help us learn while we have fun, stay safe, and be peaceful around each other. We don't just want to become better students, we want to be better PEOPLE every single day.
This is my google site where you will see our schedule, my office hours, contact information, directions on how to log into our classroom app called SEESAW, help with password reset and technology, our learning goals and themes for the year, and our daily lesson plans.
My name is Brooklyn Koch and this is my second year teaching at Carroll Peak. I LOVE this community and look forward to waving to the neighbors as I drive in each morning. I cherish the relationships I have with my students and their parents. It is my greatest joy to serve you and your family in any way I can to have the best outcome for your student while they're in my class and as they move up through the school system! I am very open to communication and love to listen, so if there's one thing to know about me it is to ALWAYS feel free to reach out. I am here, ready to listen and CARE about you and your student. I have a little FRIENDLY FOUR year old daughter of my own at home and my amazing boyfriend and I are expecting another baby girl in February. With my girls in mind, I always treat every child as I would my own. I graduated from TCU and love to inspire kids even at a young age to aspire for college and beyond, from the very beginning. I've seen that high expectations, with a lot of grace and understanding help to bring out the best in each child. I cannot wait to meet you all!

SEESAW is our app for our class. It is the younger age version of google classroom that your older student may use. Your student's individual code will be the same all year. This is where we will have all of our assignments, where we will learn together, where you can watch the videos I create, and where students will see all of their learning content. I will send the code by email. Contact me if you need help logging in!
