Meet Ms. Brewer

Hello! My name is Shannon Brewer. I've been a 4th grade teacher at George C. Clarke for 6 years, but I've been a member of the school community for 8 years. I am so lucky to be apart of an awesome, encouraging and strong community.

I earned my bachelors degree from Prairie View A&M University. I became a teacher, because I had the best teachers growing up. I strive every year to give back what my teachers gave to me. My teachers gave me positive and productive role models, made sure I could problem solve, guided me in thinking for myself, and so much more. My motto is "The sky isn't the limit when there are foot prints on the moon." There is always room for improvement and growth. I tell my students every year, its not where you start, it's where you're going.
