Marsha Bean

Welcome to Gateway to Technology 2020-2021 - While this is a new and different environment, we will still have an awesome experience together!!! I am your teacher Ms. Marsha Bean. I have been with YWLA family for 2015 years. I have 13 years of experience in teaching and coaching mathematics and began teaching PLTW's Gateway to Technology in 2018 here in FWISD. I was born and raised in Fort Worth where I graduated from O. D. Wyatt High School in 1996. I received my Bachelors of Science in Mathematics from Dillard University in New Orleans, La in 2000. I later continued my education journey and received my Masters of Education in Curriculum and Instruction in 2012 from Concordia University in Austin, TX. My goals as a YWLA faculty member is to ensure all learners experience education at its highest and shine brightly with success.
