Hello, I am Ms.Gonzalez! I am extremely glad you have been chosen to be in my classroom! This will be my first year at Springdale Elementary and given the circumstances I am honored to be at this school and cannot wait for each of you to be back in class. But for now we will conquer virtual learning one day at a time.

I attend schools in the FWISD district and once I graduated from Diamond Hill-Jarvis HS I left to college and that wonderful place is called Tarleton State University. Throughout my time in Stephenville, Texas I served for a program called Tarleton Mentors and it was connected with the local Foster home in town. Being apart of that program and getting to help kids with their studies made me find my passion for teaching.

Some hobbies that I have picked up is going to explore different coffee shops (Absolutely LOVE coffee!) , exploring different state parks with my dog (Her name is Zoe & oh so loving!) , and in the summer time you can catch me floating or kayaking the rivers.

A little bit about my family background. I have six siblings, four older and two younger. I also have three nephews and two nieces that I absolutely adore! I am the first college graduate in my entire family and my two siblings after me have chosen the route of college as well. One attends Texas A&M-Commerce University and the baby in our family attends Texas Wesleyan University. My older brother went to college which was the reason I decided to go too but he soon realized it was not for him. He now serves the U.S Army and I could not be any more proud of him.
