This is my 27th year of teaching and my 10th year at Rosemont Elementary. I am originally from Louisiana and graduated from Louisiana State University in elementary education. My husband and I (married 35 years) have 3 grown daughters, 2 son-in-laws, and 2 grandchildren. I've taught kindergarten, first, second, and fourth grade, and was in Reading interventions for 7 years. I love reading, history, long walks, and decaf coffee. Nothing gives me more pleasure than teaching students to read, write, and investigate new subjects.
