Hello! I'm Mrs. Yancy!
I graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Math from the University of North Texas and have been teaching at South Hills for thirteen years. I love teaching Math and am excited for this school year! This year I will be teaching Honors Geometry, Honors Pre-Calculus, Calculus AB, and Calculus BC.

Remind (Students): I communicate with students via remind throughout the school year. Students are expected to sign up using their cell phone number or email address and are responsible for the information/instruction given through Remind. This means students need to opt-in for the Remind notifications! Please note, I will communicate during school hours. After school hours, you will receive a response within 24 hours.

Talking Points (Parents): All parents will receive a text message from me through Talking Points. You can absolutely respond to these! They come to my phone as a text message. I will update you on the progress of your student throughout the year. You can also message me any questions or concerns at anytime! Please update me with a correct phone number if you do not receive the welcome message.
