Syllabus

Students must follow all Rosemont Middle School policies and the Fort Worth ISD Code of Conduct at ALL times.

Attendance

To be marked "PRESENT" for class, you must: participate in the daily lesson, make contact with your teacher, and/or submit the assignment for the day.

Grading

Calculation of grades will be determined by these percentages:

Homework: 10%

Quizzes: 20%

Tests: 20%

Classwork: 50%

You have the opportunity to redo an assignment within 5 school days after receiving your grade.

Absent Work

You will have one additional day to complete any classwork that is missed from being absent. If an assignment is not completed within 2 school days upon returning, the assignment will result in a zero.

Academic Integrity

Cheating in ANY form will result in a ZERO for that assignment that can NOT be made up as well as a phone call to your parents.

Late Work

When an assignment is submitted after the deadline, a 15 point penalty will be deducted from the earned grade after EACH day late with a maximum deduction of 30 points and will not be accepted 2 days AFTER the deadline.
