Class Overview
Students will increase their knowledge and skills in algebra. Students will be able to talk about their own algebraic learning and use this understanding to analyze and expand their instructional strategies. Student will develop study skills, effective learning strategies and habits of effective and successful young adults.
About me
Hello my name is Christian Chavez and I will be your Algebra 1 or AP Stats or AP Physics 1 teacher this 2024-2025 school year. This is my 3rd year at South Hills. I have a bachelor's degree in mathematics from Baylor University . Sic 'em Bears!! I enjoy spending time with my family. I'm very passionate about math and education. I hope to make an impact even if it's a small one. I look forward to working with you this year!
