The CPM class is designed as a preparation for college Math. Generally the course prepares you to pass the TSI (Texas Success Initiative) test which is required to enter must colleges in Texas. If you successfully take the class and pass it with the required grade, you can satisfy the requirements of the TSI.
The class is online, managed by College Board and you will advance at your own pace. You will receive adirections and a code to connect to the class the first day of school.
You are expected to work and complete the given assignments every week in class and your teacher will monitor your progress daily during class time.
You are also expected to ask questions and request help from the teacher as necessary (help with the topics, not individual questions)
