I am Miss Blue your 2022-23 Art Teacher. Originally from St. Louis, Mo., where I studied art at the University of Missouri-St. Louis and received a Bachelor's in Liberal Arts in 2011 and received an Associates degree in Graphic Communications from Forest Park Community College. I also minored in Art History and Studio Art. In 2014 I moved to Texas and now I have made Texas my new home. I have taught art for 5 + yrs in grades K-12 grade, and I'd have to say I enjoy high school the most. Reason being, better art projects and unbelievable artist are always discovered.
I am the dog owner of a 10 year old Weimaraner named Miles Davis Blue. I am passionate about education, arts, and music. In my spare time I like to roller skate, read, shoot pool, travel, create arts and crafts. I am truly looking forward to creating art with each and every one of you. Its goin to be an amazing experience.
