The Purpose of Junior Cadet Corps (JCC) program is to CULTIVATE students into Leaders. The Junior Cadet Corps is a 3 year Cadet led leadership program. As a JCC Cadet, you will be embarking on one of the most interesting and valuable educational experiences of your middle school career. While in JCC, Cadets will be given the opportunity to pursue their educational goals while learning to lead fellow Cadets in a authentic setting. Moreover, Cadets will gain experience of knowing the dynamics of organizational constructs and how to achieve success within those constructs as well. Cadets will learn and develop the attributes, characteristics, ethics , values , academic tool to succeed in school, and life skills that all LEADERS possess., but more importantly, these tools and skills will be useful for the remainder of Cadet's life.
