I.M. Terrell Band Program currently consists of a Concert Band

All students enrolled in band:

• Audition for the All-Region Band

• Participate in Solo and Ensemble Contest

• Participate in the UIL Concert and Sight-Reading Evaluation

• Compete annually in FWISD All City process

• Attend out-of-school rehearsals

Students focus on refining healthy playing posture, strengthening musical abilities, and increasing their confidence with sight reading to create a more cohesive ensemble sound.

Students are encouraged to audition for the TMEA All-Region. Band. Students are expected to perform with precision, energy and a high level of musicianship.
