Incoming Fall 2023 Registration

Congratulations and welcome to I.M. Terrell Academy for STEM & VPA. We are trying to make the registration process as efficient as possible. Many of the documents can be filled out online at home before coming, however we do still need you to come in-person to bring other required documents and visit with a counselor to do course selections. See below to access the registration forms and to see what documentation needs to be brought.

In-person registration for VPA Apprentices will take place on Thursday, January 19, 2023 from 5:30 - 7:00PM at I.M. Terrell Academy in the Historic Auditorium.

In-person registration for T-STEM Apprentices will take place on Monday, January 23, 2023 from 5:30 -7:00PM at I.M. Terrell Academy in the Historic Auditorium.

Makeup registration will take place for all Apprentices on Thursday, January 26, 2023 from 5:30-7:00PM at I.M. Terrell Academy in the Historic Auditorium.

**Note: The information and resources on this page are for apprentices who have already been accepted to I.M. Terrell Academy through the district-level POC Lottery. This is not an application.

9th VPA Apprentice (FWISD Student)

Please bring these original Required Documents with you to in-person registration.

Student Documents:

  1. Birth Certificate

  2. Immigration Documentation (If student has one) (ie: I-551 (green card), Current Visa, etc...)

  3. Immunization Record

  4. Recent Report Card (Semester 1)

Parent/Guardian Documents:

  1. Government Issued Photo I.D. (Driver License, Passport, ID Card, Employment ID Card)

  2. Immigration Documentation (If Parent/guardian has one) (ie: I-551 (green card), Current Visa, etc...)

  3. Proof of Residency (Water, Electric, or Gas bill, Lease Agreement, Affidavit of Residency) Address and Name must be visible and match that of the parent/guardian.

  2. Immigration Documentation (If Parent/guardian has one) (ie: I-551 (green card), Current Visa, etc...)

TCC APPLICATION

All T-STEM apprentices must apply to and be accepted by Tarrant County College. You may complete this application on Registration day with the assistance of TCC representatives or at home prior to coming to registration. Instructions for applying to TCC are below.

All T-STEM Apprentices are required to attend a Summer Bridge camp which will be June 5 - June 8, 2023.
