SYLLABUS (spring syllabus available second semester)

Note that the syllabus provided follows the rules and expectations of the University of Texas at Austin. High school grades will follow the same expectations as Guide to Grade policies and what I have laid out for a traditional class.

Late assignments will be accepted at the HIGHSCHOOL side. They are not for the university. 10 points will be deducted for EACH day that it is late. (that does include A/B days)

Study Guides will be graded out of 120- 20 points alone are for the timeline.

Your college midterm grade will be added to the highschool grade book. I will add a letter grade to the grade your professor gives you. Example if you make a 67 it will be a 77 in the high school grade book.

Analysis paper will also be added to the high school grade book out of 150.  

100 points- I will take whatever grade the professor gave you

50 points- Proper citation

Final grade will not be taken as a high school grade. (It is not graded in time to incorporate into grade book). There will be a final for this class provided for each semester to prepare for STAAR.
