My name is Maleny Calderon and I am going to be your Algebra 1 teacher. Algebra 1 is the foundation of the rest of your mathematics career! I am honored and excited to be the one to start this journey with you.
This will be my seventh year teaching math at South Hills. My favorite past times are eating and watching movies with my parents, exploring nature with friends, and going on morning runs. Some of my goals for this year are reading 3 books by the end of December and training for the Yellowstone half-marathon.

Este será mi septimo año enseñando matemáticas en South Hills. Mis pasatiempos favoritos son comer y ver películas con mis padres, explorar la naturaleza con amigos y salir a correr por las mañanas.
