About me

2025-2026 will be my 15th year in Fort Worth ISD, my 11th as Assistant Principal for South Hills High School. The students, staff, and faculty make it the best place to be in FWISD. Go Scorpions!

I began my teaching career in Joshua ISD, my high school alma mater, in 2008. Before coming to SHHS, I was a teacher of U.S. History, QTEL Coach, and Data Analyst for International Newcomer Academy in FWISD. 

One of the best parts of my job is seeing kids grow into young adults, providing them with tools and experiences to become advocates and leaders in their communities.

I have two children, ages 26 and 21. In my free time, I enjoy cooking and entertaining, traveling, and spending time with my family.
