Teach and Reach Project is an initiative by me, Ms. Reshma Sultana to help students and teachers experience a positive learning environment. 

I aim to help educators with technology integration, 21st century teaching practices & positive teaching strategies in their classroom. As a Digital Coach for teachers, through Teach and Reach Project, I share my knowledge, skills and ideas through free, paid and personalized trainings and workshops. More information on this is here

I envision to nurture students & kindle their passions to learn and grow into good human beings. My vision for the future leaders is going to be manifested through Smart School for young learners. More information on this is here

Teach and Reach Project started in April 2021. The first step being the domain registration. But honestly, I had no clue as to what is it going to be and how! I started off this project as a tech savvy teacher. The first ever training session of Teach and Reach Project was a free demo session about Google Tools for Educators. Indeed, It was a big day (though the participant list was small). 

You won't believe the first enrollment was just 2 members. Just two and both were my colleagues who believed in my passion and skills. 

Then after many trials, many workshops and multiple batches, I am grateful to say that I have personally trained around 100 teachers on Google Tools and more than a 200 teachers on Canva for Education & Google for Education workspace through my Udemy course. 

Of course, this is not a big fluff. But I am definitely grateful for everything and intending to do much more by the will, grace and mercy of the Almighty.

I'm Reshma Sultana. A passionate educator and a curious learner. I'm here with Teach and Reach Project to share my expertise and help teachers with technology, tools and teaching strategies. I've had a unique blend of work experience of being a software engineer and then a teacher and now a trainer. 

I strongly believe Learning+ Technology is a 21st century skill that every teacher should possess. I am an advocate for activity based learning and mindfulness. With Smart School, my aim is to instill active learning among young learners to help them become future leaders. In'Shaa'Allah
