134th Annual
Spring Festival Concert
As a result of school closures due to COVID 19, the Spring Festival Concert is cancelled for 2020. The Arts Department thanks everyone who has engaged in preparing for this project this year and looks forward to your participation in future school years.
The TDSB Arts Department welcomes TDSB school choirs and ensembles to participate in the 134th Annual Spring Festival Concert at Roy Thomson Hall.
This unique performance opportunity on one of the city's most renowned stages celebrates music programs in schools across the TDSB with over one thousand Grade 4-8 student musicians each year including a 500 voice choir and ensembles large and small.
We welcome a diverse range of musical expression and encourage schools to focus on student voice and student creativity. Performances include voices, brass, wind, string, guitar, ukulele, percussion, body percussion, electronic, electric, or other instruments in any combination and may also incorporate movement and dance.
Concert Dates:
Roy Thomson Hall Dress Rehearsal: Tuesday, May 19th (8AM to 3PM)
Roy Thomson Hall Concert: Wednesday, May 20th at 7:00 p.m.
The Spring Festival Concert is presented by the Arts Department of the Toronto District School Board.
