What do you need to register?

• Up-to-date Transcript or Student Status Sheet 

• Photo Identification which shows Status in Canada (i.e. Canadian birth certificate, Canadian passport, PR Card, refugee status documents)

• First Proof of Address (i.e. Property Tax Bill, Current mortgage statement, Rental/Lease Agreement) 

• Second Proof of Address (i.e. CRA Income Tax Assessment, Utility Bill, Recent correspondence from a government agency) 

NEW STUDENT REGISTRATION 

New Students refer to all students that have never been to an Ontario high school. 

PREVIOUS STUDENT REGISTRATION

Previous students refer to all students that have previously attended an Ontario high school including SCAS and the TDSB within the past 5 years.
