TRYOUT ANNOUNCEMENTS
Please listen to the announcements for tryout dates and times. You can also check outside the gym doors for any information regarding teams. Speak to one of the Phys. Ed. teachers if you have any questions.
EXCURSIONS MANAGEMENT APPLICATION
EMA for Parents_Guardians Login Guide.pdfEMA is a web-based application which allows Parents/Guardians to complete permission forms, athletic forms, and medical information forms online.
Follow the instructions from the pdf document before trying out for a team.
Interschool Athletics Tryout and Participation-Secondary.pdfIf you are having trouble signing into EMA you can print one of these tryout and participation forms.
Have your parent/guardian fill out the necessary information and sign the form - bring it to your 1st tryout.
Transfer Forms
If you have transferred to Richview from a different high school that is not a junior high feeder school you may need to fill out these transfer forms.
Please see Mr. Koumoutseas or Mr. Kung in the Gym office to discuss if you need to do this.
Download the form as a PDF file and fill out the information. A Phys. Ed. teacher can help you at school if you aren't sure what to fill out.
If you do not get this done you may not be eligible to participate on any sport team here at Richview.

Get this form signed by your parents and bring it in to the office to get the principal (L. Kletke) to sign. We will need a copy of your insurance as well.
Once you receive the signed form from the office you must keep it in your vehicle when you are driving any other students.
