WHO ARE WE?
WHO ARE WE?
Paradigm Shift is the FIRST Robotics team from L’Amoreaux Collegiate Institute. Since 2007, our rookie year, the team has participated in several international robotics competitions.
Team 2198 consists of over 40 grade 9-12 students. Guided by their mentors and student leaders, students learn many skills. Students develop skills through different sub-teams: design, fabrication, programming, electronics, business, and media.
In addition, the team is dedicated to enhancing leadership and teamwork skills in all its members. Skill development occurs through the process of fundraising as well as planning, building, testing, and competing with a fully developed robot.
