Safe Arrival

The call from our Safe Arrival system can feel annoying but this is our way of accounting for the safety of all students.

Thank you to those of you that have been calling in to the KKSA Safe Arrival line to report student absences and late arrivals. As some of our students transit into KKSA, safe arrival procedures are critical to ensuring student safety. Please call our safe arrival line directly and follow the prompts to report all attendance issues (including absences and late arrivals)

This system will allow the office to have the most recent information pertaining to your child's attendance. No attendance calls will be taken on the school phone line. If you have notified your child's teacher, you must still report the absence using the above phone number.

For a late arrival, you will enter an absence and will then be prompted to enter a time of arrival. Once the child signs in at the school office, the absence will be changed to a late arrival. Students who are late must go to the office to sign in.

Families also have the option to use the School Messenger app for a faster and easier way to report absences and receive communication sent by the TDSB and your school. This service is available now. Click here to download the APP
