Students attend a fully self-contained program housed in it's own wing on the second floor. Students take a variety of courses including language, numeracy, work skills, art, physical education. Student's are assessed using the TDSB alternative expectations curriculum and follow the same reporting schedule as the other programs at OCI. Student's in the DD program are given many opportunities for inclusion; they eat lunch with other OCI students, attend all the assemblies, special events and performances as well as contribute to school culture through their art and contributions to the recycling and nutrition programs.
