Hospitality and Tourism introduces students to the world of culinary arts and global cuisine. Students learn to prepare dishes from different countries, honing their culinary skills while developing an appreciation for cultural diversity. This course also offers the option to participate in the Specialist High Skills Major (SHSM) program, allowing students to gain industry certifications and practical experience in the hospitality sector.
