This happens if on the Course Shell, you have changed the COURSE CREATION DATE (previously known as AVAILABLE FROM date). This is NOT the first day of the Class. This date should show the day the Course Shell was created.
This happens if you marked attendance by changing the Completion Status to "Successful" one person at a time. Instead, you MUST select the LEARNER ATTENDANCE AND RESULTS button (3 people icon) and under the Results section, change the Session status to "Successful". Then you may change the Class status to "Delivered".
Within the Roster, change the completion status of the person to "Unsuccessful" and add a Note providing the reason for the correction. You must then contact myPATH Learning Support and request the Completed Course to be removed from the person's profile. The person's name will still remain on the Roster as "Unsuccessful", but the course will not appear in their learning plan.
Check if DISPLAY IN CATALOG is enabled for both the COURSE and CLASS(ES).
Check if an AUDIENCE TYPE(S) has been assigned. If yes, add the Audience Type of the person who cannot find the Course/Class.
At the Course level, clear the date in the Available From field.
At the Class level, clear the Open Enrollment Date and/or the Enrollment Closes Before fields.

Re-register the Learner and mark them as Successful.
Find the CLASS and set a registration deadline date in the ENROLLMENT CLOSES BEFORE field.

On the MAIN tab, scroll down to Availability Information and remove the checkmark in the DISPLAY in CATALOG.
