We are currently working with students who require timetable changes for the following 3 reasons:
Blanks that need to be filled with a course.
Grade 9, 10 and 11 students may not have blanks on their timetables.
Grade 12 students may have spares (blanks) if they have 23 or more credits. Grade 12 students may have 1 spare each semester at most dependent on their credit accumulation.
2. Removal of a course on your second semester timetable in which you didn't successfully earn the prerequisite. For example, you failed grade 10 math in semester 1 so you need to remove grade 11 math from semester 2.
3. College and/or university admission requirements that need to be added to the timetable including any final high school graduation requirements.
Only English, math or science courses are requirements for some programs.
Applicants applying for a bachelor degree program must have 6 grade 12 U or M level courses.

If you require a change that isn't one of the 3 listed above, DO NOT COMPLETE THE GOOGLE FORM. If time permits, instructions will be communicated for all other timetable change requests.

The deadline for Semester 2 timetable changes is February 6, 2025!
You may submit the form once and only once then wait for your turn to be called by a Guidance Counsellor from your class. If you have a blank, wait in the designated area.
Once you meet with a Guidance Counsellor, review your whole timetable; in order to meet all requests, we are meeting with students once.
