Theryn: An example of a positive experience I had at business day was when I couldn't make up my mind the students running the business were frustrated but they were very kind and did not show their frustration.

We should defenitly show do that with our customers to give them a better experience.

David :A positive experience at business day was when there was golf i had to much money and they didn't have change but they didn't say come back latter ! they said im sorry we don't have change so i went back a bit latter.

i will consider making something that can last long so no one will be sad and we will say everything nice.
