If you have a child that will be 4 years of age by December 31, 2021 (born in 2017), your child is eligible to attend full-day Junior Kindergarten in September 2021.

If you would like to register your child for Junior Kindergarten please make note of the registration process:

You may begin the registration process via online registration at

www.tdsb.on.ca/kindergarten

At a later date, you will need to complete the registration process by coming into the school to validate your documentation.

You will require your child’s:

• Canadian Birth Certificate or Passport

• Immigration information or PR card

• Health Card

• Record of Immunization along with a completed “Request for Immunization Information for New Students”(provided in the Kindergarten Registration Package you receive at the school)

We also require any TWO (2) of the following:

• Current Lease or Rental Agreement, Deed or Agreement of Purchase and Sale

• Current Utility Bill

• Current Property Tax Bill

• Original Interim Property Tax Bill

• Recent correspondence from a government agency

• Most recent original Income Tax Assessment (personal information on document may be blocked out)

• Recent correspondence from a Municipal, Federal or Provincial government agency

• Phone numbers, emails and contact information for parent(s)/guardian(s) (all numbers including home, cell, business)

• An emergency contact other than parent/guardian, who lives in the area (e.g., grandparent/neighbour/friend/relative)

PLEASE NOTE:

Registration will NOT be completed without ALL of the requested information.

Photocopies, driver’s license, bank or cell phone statements are not accepted.
