AP CHEMISTRY

What is Advanced Placement (AP)?

Advanced Placement(AP) is a program which offers university-level curricula and examinations to high school students. Many colleges and universities grant placement and course credit to students who obtain high scores on AP examinations. The AP curriculum for each of the various subjects is created for the AP College Board by a panel of experts and university level educators.

Why AP?

AP accreditation is recognized internationally and many universities grant course credit and advanced program placement for students who score well on the examination. Ninety percent of universities in North America and over sixty countries outside of North America recognize and provide course credit for successful AP course results.
