How to apply to a posting
To access the career site, please click here.
Click the See Job Details button on the posting you want to apply to
The Job posting will be displayed.
Click Apply now to be taken to the application.
Import data from my resume.
This button will be located at the top of the application. You can choose to upload a resume which will be parsed by the system and certain information from the resume will be imported into the application. The system will pull as much of the Personal Information, Education History and Employer/Job History that it is able to.
Reuse previous application
This button will be located at the top of the application. You can choose to reuse a previous application that you have applied with. Click on the Reuse previous application button.
Click the Reuse previous application button.
Input the email address used for the previous application that you want to reuse. Click Get access code.
You will receive an access code within the provided email. Input the code into the Access code section and click Reuse data.
The information from the previous application will be imported into the current application.
This button will be located at the bottom of the page at all times. You can choose to save the progress of an application and continue at a later time if needed.
Click the Save progress button.
Input the email address you want to save the application to. Select I agree. Click on Save progress.
An email will be sent to you which will contain a link to the application in progress.
Candidate portal
Once an application has been submitted, you will receive an email confirming the submission of your application. This email will also contain a link to the Candidate Portal.
Click on Visit your Candidate Portal link.
You will require an access code. Select Send me the access code from the pop-up window.
Input the access code sent to your email. Click Continue
Candidate portal features
The candidate portal will allow you to manage your applications and data.
My Applications
List of all active applications will be displayed. You are able to withdraw any of your active applications if needed.
My Privacy Settings
You can delete your application records if needed. This option will remove all your personal information from our database and automatically delete all your submitted applications.
My Profile
You can update your personal details on your general candidate record. Changes made will not modify your applications.
My Communication preference
You can manage what type of communication you receive. You can subscribe or unsubscribe from the communication forms and channels available.
Once an application has been submitted, you will not be able to update that same application. If you require making updates to a submitted application, navigate to your My Applications section within your candidate portal to withdraw the submitted application.
Then you will need to re-apply and submit another application. You are able to use the “Reuse Previous Application” feature while applying to pull on the previously submitted application. You are then able to make required edits and submit the application again.
