Co-operative Education Programs allow students to explore career interests and develop professional networks, giving them a head start on their future careers. Employers benefit from fresh perspectives and enthusiastic young talent, contributing to their workforce development. The program also enhances students' soft skills, such as communication and teamwork, making them more competitive in the job market.
Students in all pathways - apprenticeship, college, community living, university, or the workplace, can participate.
Students are placed with a community organization that matches their current skill set, learning objectives and post secondary plans.
