Fitness Centre 

TO PARTICIPATE YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING:

• Pay $50 activity fee

• Update registration/medical information online

• Completed 511K form handed in

• Wear running shoes and athletic attire

• ONLY participants will be allowed in the gym

• NO spectators

• NO food, only water

• ALL bags to stay inside the changeroom

• DO NOT BRING ANY VALUABLES

Please complete all sections and return original to any supervising teacher/Ms. Aquino

Physical copies can be found in a folder outside of GYM 1 and GYM 2

WHEN YOU ARRIVE @ THE FITNESS CENTRE:

• Change and use the changeroom

• Hand in you 511K form

• Sign in with supervising teacher

• ONLY use equipment and do exercises you know -> ASK TEACHER for HELP

• Use only appropriate weights you can lift comfortably for 8-15 reps

• MUST get approval from teacher every time to use bench press bar/squat rack

• NO unsafe behaviour will be accepted

• Help to clean up equipment

• Report any broken equipment and injuries IMMEDIATELY
