April 2-update
Wowza!! That was a very cold practice this morning! The wind was howling and the temps were dropping! I hope the workout and the cold didn't scare anyone away! Next practice is on Tuesday morning at 7:40 for runners and those in grade 7/8 who want to try safety javelin.
Jumping and throwing practices will start this week. To that end we need our jumping pit refreshed please. If there is a family (or group?) that could take on this challenge this weekend it would be great. Please fluff up the sand and add new tarps to cover.
