When I was a customer at business day my favourite thing to do there is play some games and bring something home. I think Business day is good for giving somebody a gift because it's original and that is one reason why I like being a customer at business day.

I will include a customers choice like sort of what we're doing with the augmented reality but have more products with the same theme and they'll choose what product they would like from that theme.
