FOOD FOR KIDS
Dear Parents/Guardians of Blaydon Public School
We know that the closure of schools has been difficult for many families, especially those who rely on school-based Student Nutrition Programs. We are one community and we are here to help you during this difficult time.
The Toronto District School Board has partnered with the Toronto Foundation for Student Success to provide some families with local grocery store food cards. We know that you may benefit from this card and invite you to complete the registration form online.
You can apply for more than one card, depending on the number of students you have in the TDSB. The amount of each card is $50, which covers approximately 30 breakfasts for a child.
There is a limited number of cards and they are for personal use only. Please do not share this secure link with others. Food cards will be sent out as soon as possible to the address you provide.
