In Memory of . . .

To our beloved classmates who passed:

Please submit "In Memory of . . ." items to Peter.paputsis@tdsb.on.ca for inclusion on this board

Lynda Stoiou (married name Lingard) started grade 10 in 1970. We met the first week and became best friends. I was maid of honour at her wedding and we remained friends for many years. She passed away from cancer at the age of 62. She spent 20 years with the Toronto Bail Program and was a wonderful friend, wife, mother and grandmother.

Dina was a massive character that many teachers will remember. We were friends since grade 4, attending public school, junior high and AY Jackson together. We did synchronized swimming in swim class together which was quite a laugh and also did choir taking many trips with Mr. Walker to Quebec, New York and Florida. We remained friends for life.

Dina passed away at age 53 in 2018 she was friends to so many at AY Jackson. She was one of a kind, I miss her humour and giant personality everyday.

A.Y. Jackson-to 1986

David spent his time doing what he loved and lived his eighteen years to the fullest.  When he had a goal, he worked for it and achieved it.  He especially enjoyed skiing, playing the drums, and playing baseball.  David liked to spend time on his car, using his computer and hanging out with friends, family and his dog Kalinka.

We have many good memories of David. He kept us laughing with his sense of humour. He really knew how to live life and has taught us the importance of living for today.

We miss him very much.
